The production capacities give us the possibility to design, manufacture and deliver belt conveyers and to provide the erection and commissioning works for these. Specialized production lines were developed for the production of belt conveyers components: idlers, drums, diving units.
The UNIO’s belt conveyers are suitable for continental temperate climate, ranging between -25ºC to + 40ºC, relative humidity of air up to 80 % at 20ºC and max. wind speed of 20 m/s (working condition) and of 35 m/s (state of rest ). According to the characteristics of conveying belt, they may be used for materials transport in a range of -25ºC to +160ºC.
The ordinary belt conveyers are designed for bulk materials or isolated pieces transport in the following branches:

It is possible to mount them outdoors or in workshops, under shelters or in tunnels.

The rubber belt mine conveyers are designed for coal and waste conveyance, in special, in underground coal mines, on horizontal or inclined working up to max .18º slope. They are suitable for temperatures ranging between 0ºC and +40ºC,at a relative humidity of 80% at +20 ºC. Belt mine conveyers are able to operate in gassy working places. Belt width: 800, 100, 1200 mm
Scrapper and chain conveyer is designed for underground transport of coal resulted from mechanized stops, with a max. slope of ±20º and a thickness from 0.9 m upwards, in which the stopping is made with the help of the coal cutter plough and blast.
The conveyer maintenance along the face is performed by flitting, with the help of mechanic pneumatic or hydraulic pushers.

Belt conveyers of a great capacity are used mostly in pits, and can also be operated on the surface for transport of long distances, as well as in other branches of industry : construction, energy, metallurgical, chemical etc.
Temperature in a normal running condition : -25ºC to + 40 ºC air temperature in shade. Relative air humidity up to 80% at 20 ºC. Maximum speed of wind (during operation ) 20 m/s (during stationing) 35 m/s. In such conditions the flitting conveyers can be installed where soil permits a minimum specific pressure of 0,7 kgf/cmp.
The construction of the conveyers with a few fittings allows their use in other climate or ground conditions.
The portable belt conveyers may be used for the transport of agricultural products, bulk materials for construction and agriculture. The portable belt conveyers are also used in storehouses, pits, buildings sites and they are equipped with tires, assuring a great mobility. Length: 6, 8, 10, 15 m
